If your child (or you yourself as a juvenile) successfully completed an eligible prehearing diversion program for a qualifying non-violent offense, Florida allows you to have that record expunged or sealed. In addition, if your juvenile record is expunged or sealed by the court, it does not affect your one-time right to have an adult conviction expunged in the future.
